Nebulous Quartet, led by cellist/vocalist KELY PINHEIRO, is a traditional string quartet ensemble that has established a sound far from the norm. Being comprised of musicians with diverse cultural backgrounds, each member's own distinct musical identity emerges within the improvisational arrangements/compositions they create.

Kely Pinheiro is a Brazilian multi-instrumentalist and arranger. She is a classically trained cellist but grew up in a music-loving family that encouraged her to explore a variety of musical styles.

Pinheiro has received a full-tuition scholarship from Berklee College of Music, and is majoring in performance and contemporary writing and production.

She has performed in concert since she was 12 years old, participating in projects and festivals in Brazil and abroad. Her first professional tour begun in 2017, playing Brazilian music throughout Germany with Rio's popular string orchestra Camerata Laranjeiras.

She continues to actively tour and participate in national and international festivals, collaborating with multiple artists as well as working solo featuring her cello and voice.
